- Cancellation Fee -
In cases where the customer cancels the contract after the contract has been completed, 1 customer will be charged a cancellation fee from their travel fee at the following rates. In cases where multiple people are participating and a portion of the customers cancel their contracts, we will charge the remaining customers a fee based on the difference according to the change in the number of people (around 1 vehicle/1 room per person) using transport and accommodation facilities.

Karuizawa therapatic cycling
Visit nature and the history spots by cycling in the forest slowly. You can walk around the famous sightseeing spot Kumoba pond, look around at Kyu Karuizawa Ura dori path and Saint Paulo cathartic church, Shaw memorial church, Karuizawa group tennis court and other sightseeing spot.
Cycling in the holiday home area
Cycling in the holiday home and little paths where only bikes can go through. You will feel the beautiful nature in Karuizawa as fresh green and colored leaves for every seasons.
Kumoba pond
It’s called lake swan and most famous scenic spot in Karuizawa. Get off the bike and walk around the area to look at beautiful four seasons scenery.
Shaw memorial church
Alexander Croft Shaw visit Karuizawa at Meiji 18 for the first time, next year he spent the summer with his family in Karuizawa, then he applauded the area as ‘A hospital without roof’. We will show you his first holiday home. (It could be only outside due to the season.)
