You will be able to change your clothes at Tamasuin and keep your luggage.
Yoga mats can be rented for free to participants. Please fill in the rental at the time of booking. You can also bring your own yoga mat. - About meals

Shinshu Zenkoji Eitai Shukubo “Gyokushoin”
We will meet at the lodging ``Gyokushoin'', located at the base of Zenkoji Temple. The structure of the historic lodging house heightens expectations for the plans that are about to begin. A signboard handwritten by the chief priest welcomes you.
Your mind and body will change beautifully
By practicing yoga in the morning, the parasympathetic nervous system, which is dominant while you sleep, smoothly switches over to the sympathetic nervous system. By focusing on deep breathing in yoga, you can take in the fresh air in the morning and feel refreshed. By regulating the autonomic nervous system, you can wake up your body and have the effect of clearing your mind.
Lunch at the Shukubou
After yoga, have a Buddhist vegetarian lunch at the Shukubo "Gyokushoin"
At the shukubo lunch, you can hear about Buddhist vegetarian cuisine and about Buddhism and art from Chief Priest Yamanoi. Eating at a special place is sure to become a memory of your trip.
Vegetarian food
Shojin ryori is a cuisine made only with plant-based ingredients such as vegetables and tofu.
It originated as a meal for monks who follow the precepts of Buddhism, and some families still prepare it as an Obon offering. Recently, it has also been attracting attention as a healthy food, making it the perfect meal for this plan.
