If the ride time is extended due to personal reasons, additional charges will apply and must be paid on-site. However, no extra charge will be incurred for delays caused by traffic or road conditions. - The taxi has limited luggage capacity. Below are the approximate luggage allowances by vehicle type:
・Alphard: Capacity for 3–4 passengers / Up to 3 suitcases (max 3 passengers with 3 suitcases)
Note: A standard suitcase is defined as having total dimensions of 120 cm (length 55 cm × width 40 cm × height 25 cm).

- Cancellation Fee -
In cases where the customer cancels the contract after the contract has been completed, 1 customer will be charged a cancellation fee from their travel fee at the following rates. In cases where multiple people are participating and a portion of the customers cancel their contracts, we will charge the remaining customers a fee based on the difference according to the change in the number of people (around 1 vehicle/1 room per person) using transport and accommodation facilities.
