- Please note that the ski instructor lessons are conducted in Japanese only. If you are not comfortable communicating in Japanese, we kindly ask that you bring and use a translation app. Alternatively, for a deeper understanding and smoother experience, we recommend being accompanied by an interpreter guide.
- Lift tickets must be purchased on-site.
- Snowboard lessons are available for junior high school students and older only.
- Rental equipment can also be arranged on-site.
If you wish to rent equipment, please inform us at the time of booking. - Ski and snowboard lessons are conducted in Japanese only.

- Cancellation Fee -
In cases where the customer cancels the contract after the contract has been completed, 1 customer will be charged a cancellation fee from their travel fee at the following rates. In cases where multiple people are participating and a portion of the customers cancel their contracts, we will charge the remaining customers a fee based on the difference according to the change in the number of people (around 1 vehicle/1 room per person) using transport and accommodation facilities.
