When bringing ski or snowboard equipment and rental gear (skis, snowboards, boots) into the taxi, please ensure all items are securely stored in their cases. Your cooperation is essential to ensure safety inside the vehicle.
We kindly ask that you refrain from boarding the taxi while wearing ski boots. Please place your boots in a boot case and store them as luggage. After arriving at the ski resort, please change into your ski boots in the changing rooms or designated areas.
Snowboard boots may be worn while boarding the taxi.
Please note that upon arrival at the ski resort, we cannot store cases or your luggage inside the taxi. Please use coin lockers (fee required). Similarly, for your return trip, please ensure your skis, snowboards, and rental equipment are placed in cases before boarding.
【Taxi Usage Guidelines ②】
If you wish to change your departure time, please specify your desired time when making your reservation. If no preference is indicated, the default times are 8:00 AM for the outbound trip and 3:00 PM for the return trip.
(Preferred times can be requested between 7:00 AM and 11:00 AM for the outbound trip, and between 1:00 PM and 4:30 PM for the return trip.)

If you select Madarao Ski Resort, you will receive a “Madarao Mountain Pass 1-Day Ticket” valid at both Madarao Kogen Ski Resort and Tangram Ski Circus.
